Postcards from Shimla - II

The woods are lovely, dark and deep.................... The curtain of mist ........a sight I woke up to every morning :) Dint I say earlier....my heart's in mountains.

sandy : isn't it enchanting.....i woke up to this sight every single day of my stay in Shimla ( i had gone there for a week-long trip).......this place is more than 2000m above sea level and is a lovely place to reunite with nature :)

g help me : hahahaha! its not a bit scary, maybe the pic looks so but its not scary at all :)its not as isolated as it looks in the pic........there r houses arnd :)

OMG! I can see why your hearts in the mts.! I'd love to wake up to that every morning!!! Esp. w/ the fog as thick as that! So atmospheric... I love it... Though I'd be lost, standing there for hours....
I love that vista, where you can faintly see a tree peeking thru the fog, but then nothing behind...Does it just drop down to nothingness? That branch cutting across is really cool too. What kind of tree is that? It reminds me of fork lightning....
I love the 2nd pic. though, w/ all the trees shrouded in fog, but for this one tree, in the fore, with it's branches so vibrantly green...

on a saner note, good to know someone out here's planned it out for himself.....wish i cud say the same abt myself.........india's as vibrant as ever, there's so much to be done there , so much to be achieved...you might have personal reasons too for going back in 2 yrs ofcourse!!! .......
