Car wash....or hmm inside shower glass. whatever it is its mystifying....
You got me, Moi, but at a guess I'd say they were silk scarves or lengths of material, maybe from India? :-)

I'm voting with the shower curtain crowd - but would you take a camera inside the shower? No, not likely, so now I'm voting with the carwash crowd. You could get this shot from inside the car, right?
