A gift from India.......

A wedding gift from a dear friend in India now adorns my new home here.......:)

Update: It's a votive candle holder, for the curious ones :)

I can't make out what it is, but it's pretty. I love photographing bright colors. Many times color itself can be the subject.

Hi Moi, I was wondering before if there was a function to the beads. I was imagining it was a necklace but now I know.

It's a closeup photo shot. I wonder how it looks when shot from a little farther. Would have to look at it up close and from a little distance to say something about it :)
