.......came knocking while I have been away from blogging (not 'cuz I wanted to but 'cuz my hard drive crashed :((( and that means all the images from the last 2 years are gone too.......No, despite the common wisdom, I haven't backed up most of my files in 2 years now :((
I am still in the process of recovering the images.....and I am hopeful that I won't lose all of them). Meanwhile, here are some of the newest images!

Yikes.. I'm sorry to hear that. But all is not lost. You of course have a good chunk of them on your blog posts and in Flicker where you seemingly store them. Hopefully that's where the rest of them are too.

I can't imagine losing all my photos, Moi! That would be terrible. Let's hope you CAN retrieve most, if not all of them! In the meantime, enjoy this holiday season with the pics you do have, which are delightful.
do they have insurance for that kind of a thing? but then, its no consolation either, eh? hope you recover those gems. I guess its a lesson to all of us to not just depend on physical drives...
