Reflections!

Shot this a few nights ago, on my way back home. It's an unintentional juxtaposition(??) created by light on a window where the left bit gives u a peep into the house while the right side of the same window reflects the image of the opposite house! Wudn't delve into any philosophy here (philosophy was always beyond me, the lesser mortal :) ) but i absolutely love this shot!!! :)

Interesting shot, Swati. I have one similar, maybe remotely, shot as well. As soon as I get a new monitor for my home PC (and get access to it), I will post it.

LOL@ above comment!

the left window has a lamp lighted which makes the inside visible while the right window is dark which makes the outside visible. They do this in magic tricks where you make people appear and disappear in a controlled lighting environment.

The pic was confusing that I had to read your note to figure out what it was :-)

Anurag : STOP CALLIN ME NAMES!!!! *stomps her feet and walks off in a huff* :D :D

PS : it's really a leasing office and not house as in "someone's house"......does that make me a lesser,......ummm...er..........
"peeping jane" ???????

Sarad: Bingo!!!! and i wrote the note there primarily coz i knew it wudn't be as clear a situation as it was to my eye! what's hapening on ur camera-buying front????? the more i see this shot, the more i see the flaws, intend to go there again sometime to see if i can better it!!! ........ i regret not researching well before buying the camera......u'd make wiser desicion ofcourse!!! good luck! :)

hi moi, i decided to get a canon powershot a620. i am waiting to get it for the right price. thanks.

Do be careful with photography. there have been lots of incidents in US were people get caught up with authority even while filming public places. authority can sometimes get very paranoid.
