Reflections

No, I'm not resorting to brand-dropping in the background......but since I get driven around more often than I drive, I have all these "looking back" shots that I feel the need to share every now and then :)

And just in case you missed the earlier post, a friend's running a 26 miles marathon this June in San Diego to raise funds for cancer research. His mother's a breast cancer survivor of several years and his close cluster of family and friends has unfortunately not been free of cancer-related diseases. Please do have a look at his website here and pass the word around and/or donate if you can. Thank you :)

Tell your friend that the first 26.2 miles are the hardest part.

love it! Very creative.

A new starbucks opened just down the road (actually on the way to the kids' preschool)....but it is a pain getting back on the road to get into the turn lane. Sooooo, I have not even had a mocha choka locha latte at the Star close to me!

Neat impression. I like the picture and also the cancer research marathon.

My wife has had breast cancer twice once in each breast (10 years apart).

I love that you see these things, the curves and the reflections - I am going to look harder, this is a great, shiny shot.

I also wish your friend endurance to the end for his marathon. Best wishes.

When I see shots like this of your's, I feel like "gawdess" & think that I'm going to look harder, too :-)
Best of luck to everyone involved in the marathon.

It took me some minutes to work it out. But realized its a double reflection - a shot of a mirror showing a reflection in a car window. Hence the reason Starbucks isn't a mirror image.

Great shot
