The caves at Devil's Island

Sea Caves

These sea caves which undercut the shoreline at Devil's Island were the highlight of our trip. The waves and shifting ice have chiseled and sculpted these sandstone cliffs over millions of years to form red apertures of myriad shapes and sizes. And I found my lighthouse too (remember, I collect them!!!!) :)

What a magical place Moi. I never heard of it before. I would love to visit it myself. Love the lighthouse in the background too.
Have a great weekend.

That is an amazing shot. The cliffs just seem to pop right on the water!

So beautiful!

I did read that article you sent me, as a matter of fact I sent it to some friends of mine in Miami a few hours before you sent it. Haha, too funny.

My husband's response to it was:

"Well, I would rather be the prettiest people in a town of ugly that the ugliest in a town of beautiful."

Hahah! Point taken.
