This labor day weekend, we made a trip to Apostle Islands in Lake Superior, Wisconsin. With mounting work pressures, I had been wanting to go away for some time now and this turned out to be a perfect getaway. Above image is that of the "Superior" view from our room: blue and tranquil: while daily life chores retreated into their neatly tucked-away spaces :)

Wow, you were really up there...I once visited Lake Superior as a young girl, but in Michigan not Wisconsin. Did you go swimming? I remember it being ice cold, even in the summer. That daisy shot is super, by the way!

i think it's saying 'blow into me'...rather than 'pick me'...lovely pic...reminds me of this hill in Dalhousie..it was covered with daisies...no tree, no other shrubs...just these cuties swaying in the breeze...
