Tickled Pink Wednesdays :DDD

Picture 534

Despite the blazing sun and mercury rising only northwards through most of the year, one thing that fascinates moi about Tropical climes is the high-octane hues they are associated with......it's like fiesta shades define Florida. I was pleasantly surprised to see all those comments about blue being fav. color with many. At one point of time, I stacked only blue and white clothes in my wardrobe. Now it's the more (hues), the merrier!!!!

This one was taken from a speeding car, so could not get to frame it as well as I'd ve liked to .....but here it is :)

this photo tickles me pink, moi! :) although i am a blue girl myself.......

my grandmother lived in florida, and i always loved all the shades of colors, too....totally different from what you see in the mountains here. it's funny how homes and their colors seem to take on the hues and colors of the ntatural settings they are in......

Hello Moi! Ok, I can see you begging your husband (or whoever is driving) to stop for you to take a picture... well, it happens here all the time, but sometimes it is impossible... you did a great job!

Hi Moi,
Love the shot not bad from a speeding car, it just goes to show how a picture can be had out of anything if it is done right.Loke the blue picture too, i think though i am edging towards green at the minute.

Women, always complaining about their poor husbands... See, you got even more compliments because he didn't stop. And when we don't ask for information, is because we know we might end up in a new place with good photo opportunities... :-D

This rose color reminds of the Old Florida of Hemingway's times...

That reminds me of Rainbow Row in Charleston. I need to get a picture of the purple house down the street. Thank you,

Great door; I like the pattern of the ironwork. And, I agree with the others who say nice work with the photo taken from a car in motion!

You know what, Moi? It would be cool if you and your husband could meet up with me at Old Town some Saturday night and shoot cars! Or maybe meet at down town Lakeland sometime to shoot?

What do you think? It would be a fun time.

Just e-mail me if you guys are ever interested in shooting with me.
