What a beautiful photo. The black and white makes for an interesting effect. I hope you've had some good rain in Florida. I guess some parts really needed it.

Hey Lori, thank u and yeah every evening we get rains after sweltering heat in the day. In fact as i type right now, I can see clouds rolling in for today's show :)

Ohh I'm so jealous of your rain. When I saw your picture I could smell it on your tree. Well done :)

I'm not going to tell you how beautiful this is. (it is very, but samething everytime gets boring).
Sugestion: try a real close crop around that drop in the center.

its a nice shot Moi..!
i like the DOF there...did you try any other angles too..?

wow. looks as though diamonds have been affixed at the ends of the branches, by the way which tree is it.

Chica, Cienna, and Cali said...

Thank u all :)

Toothless wonder: I tried after your suggestion, there's too much noise if i do that......i tried it in Picassa, that's the only image editing s/w i have .

A-x : a couple more angles, nothing better came up, unfortunately....and then it started raining again, so i had to rush inside :(

Su : my knowledge of trees is pathetic, but this looks so much like the Morpankhi tree we have in India...not the same tree but similar to this one :
