Wet. Wet. Wet.

Wet.Wet.Wet.

We are back from our whirlwind of a trip to Pacific North West. While rushing from one apartment complex to another to zero in on a pad that suits us for our final move in December, I tried to soak as much of the wilderness beauty as I could. The mist enveloped trees, houses, creeks......everything, almost throughout the day and just when it would be time for us to head back to the hotel, the sun would come out briefly, as briefly as you-blink-and-you-miss-it, to lend a glow to sprayed droplets around us. It was charming, more like a honeymoon trip really than a business one. Though I am busy nursing a flu from the trip, thanks to all that wetness around me, I am looking forward to our move in December. Hope you all had a relaxed weekend and thanks for playing along on the last post :)

Hi Moi,
Looks like you have got the rain you have been longing for, but it also sounds like you have flu which i am sure you could do without.I'm sending you some virtual tissues as you can't have your nose running everywhere.

These images touch secret keys of the mind and they go over the classic concept of "photo"...

Feel better Moi!

So what sends out out to the NW?

Well, from your title, I knew you were not talking about Florida ;-)

It sounds as though you are thoroughly enchanted by Seattle as I knew you would be!

As for your cold, it might take several bouts of it before your organism hardens and you get acclimated to the new...climate;-)

That is wonderful Moi! I see the Christian cross there. I would love to use it on my 'This I Do' blog. Could I?

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I actually took the precaution of getting a flu shot this year. I usually don't.

I love the photograph, great catch. I'd have probably missed this.

Well done. Almost abstract.

At first you wonder if it is reflection or silhouette.

I'm just starting to make the rounds after several weeks of not having enough time. Thank you so much for your visits and comments, they make me smile (I write this as I look at your award on the right there, all bright and yellow and green :-)!) Hope all is well and your moving preparations are on track.

You had a real introduction to misty-moisty Seattle, didn't you.

Get well soon.

Oh it sounds like lovely fun. Sorry your caught a bug. I've just caught a cold too. Did you sneeze this way? ;)
Your photo depicts the climate perfectly and simply.
You are such an artist with that camera. I know I've said it before (I think)..but it's worth repeating :)

I have to agree with Kerri, you have a very artistic eye. Such strong lines, and then the delicate leaf.

You know, I've been in the Seattle area once before, and it stayed overcast and rainy/snowy all week - until the day we had to catch the plane! Then it was beautiful, of course :)
