That's a great picture of Fall Moi. I like your title for it too. I think I will do as you suggested and show the rubies in more detail. What are you doing up so late? Isn't it almost 2 AM for you??
Let me guess - Picasa? Cover page material. Awesome, i say! :)
And about the other post, I liked the picture, and I liked what you wrote even more - About it getting non-religious. The world seems to think that for you to believe, you should belong to a religion - That you should only believe in this abridged version someone gave you as a kid. I am a believer, and I don’t have a religion. It feels good to know it’s not a lonely road.
such a poignant shot...I dunno if I am the only one seeing it that way..but the effect is the same as reading a 500 page tragedy..never thought pictures could say so much!
:)) we'll waiting for fall colors here! I have to see when is the peak in baltimore n neighboring areas..! thanks for posting...like the contrast of foreground vs background!!
Can I hear "The last leaf clings to the bough. Just one leaf, that's all there is now And my last hope live with that lonely leaf, lonely leaf With the last leaf that clings to the bough."
Hi Moi, Do you know where this photo reminds me of? " its like balancing on a rope, can I make it to the other side or not/ Yes? No? Yes? .....oooww I finly made it!!!"
A Great and fantastic shot Moi! Very creative.
You commented on my blog: subject coffee'teapot' shall I call u the cow queen (Ruthused the word 'dubbed'" But ehhh what does that word 'dub' mean? I don't understand the word 'dub', bu you can call me whatever you want Haha!
I rea on someone elses blog that you are making a big move to Washington. When is this happening? For all my complaining and stressing our move went really well. I hope yours will too.
Hi Moi , Thanks for visiting me (about coffee and tea) and explaining me what Ruth also already did ...:) thanks for the intension to explain me the word 'Dub'.
WoW...this is a simply Beautifully captured shot. I just love the background and the entire Composition of the shot with a very lovely DOF....EXCELLENT!
You have an artist's eye Moi. If you don't paint you probably should :) Simply beautiful. The drop of water adds to the Fall atmosphere. I love your other 2 pics too. The old gentleman in the church is so touching. It's impossible for me to look at the beauty in this world and not believe in a Creator.
My favorite season... so you know, this does not happen here with such intensity... Moi, love the last shots... They show more of you, happy Moi... and how faithful you are... xoxoxo

the spy hole is fitted in the front door of the house for security ;]
Precious and essential. All one world contained in a leaf!
Fall?
Nice work.
I like the steely-colored background against the orangish leave. Gives a real Fall sense.

Any moment...it almost looks like the last leaf of Fall from last year.

The shape of the leaves is similar to the links in the fence. You know I love this one.
wow, I love the contrasts between the colour of the leaves and the background
Ah, you'll remain at #1 on my personal photographer billboard for yet another month with that one :)
hold on ...

Another great shot (even if it's not a maple..lol)! :D
awesome pic [:)]Moi.
Hang on baby... you can do it!
This is a great shot. Our leaves are just starting to turn.. not many dropping.
Beautiful! I love the contrasting colours against the grey background and excellent composition complimented by the DOF.

That's just how I feel sometimes, like I'm hanging on by a thread.
Nice way to shift into fall, or for what passes for fall down here.
You know how there are always one or two that remain on the branches right through to the next summer? Maybe these will be like that!
I'm glad you enjoyed reading about green roofs at the link I posted, and thanks for your visits and comments. :-)
Interesting photo ... looks like you de-saturated the background(?).
Blue wave 707: I did :)
Thank u , all :)
