That's a great picture of Fall Moi. I like your title for it too.
I think I will do as you suggested and show the rubies in more detail.
What are you doing up so late? Isn't it almost 2 AM for you??

Let me guess - Picasa?
Cover page material. Awesome, i say! :)

And about the other post, I liked the picture, and I liked what you wrote even more - About it getting non-religious.
The world seems to think that for you to believe, you should belong to a religion - That you should only believe in this abridged version someone gave you as a kid.
I am a believer, and I don’t have a religion.
It feels good to know it’s not a lonely road.

Nice work.

I like the steely-colored background against the orangish leave. Gives a real Fall sense.

such a poignant shot...I dunno if I am the only one seeing it that way..but the effect is the same as reading a 500 page tragedy..never thought pictures could say so much!

Any moment...it almost looks like the last leaf of Fall from last year.

The shape of the leaves is similar to the links in the fence. You know I love this one.

Can I hear "The last leaf clings to the bough. Just one leaf, that's all there is now And my last hope live with that lonely leaf, lonely leaf
With the last leaf that clings to the bough."

You have an artist's eye Moi. If you don't paint you probably should :)
Simply beautiful. The drop of water adds to the Fall atmosphere.
I love your other 2 pics too. The old gentleman in the church is so touching. It's impossible for me to look at the beauty in this world and not believe in a Creator.

That's just how I feel sometimes, like I'm hanging on by a thread.

Nice way to shift into fall, or for what passes for fall down here.

You know how there are always one or two that remain on the branches right through to the next summer? Maybe these will be like that!

I'm glad you enjoyed reading about green roofs at the link I posted, and thanks for your visits and comments. :-)
