Here are a few scenes from our trip to the lush Finger lakes area in NY, last week.
I love, love, love covered bridges....and someday, I hope to cover all of Penn's. The one above was shot a few miles south of Ithaca, in Newfield, NY.

Isn't Ithaca a lovely village? Our daughter lives there, and we did too, during the college years.

I don't recall seeing that covered bridge. I love them too, in fact we have one bearing our family name not too far away.

It's good to see the familiar street names. And those rolling hills and windrows of hay...aren't they beautiful?
